Dr. Bruce M. Vrooman MD

Bruce M. Vrooman, MD, MS, FIPP graduated from Eastern Virginia Medical School, and preformed his internship at Boston University Medical Center. He completed his anesthesiology residency and pain medicine fellowship at Cleveland Clinic, where he practiced for 10 years. In 2017, he transitioned to Dartmouth to lead the Pain Management team.
Dr. Vrooman's areas of interest include abdominal pain and complex regional pain syndrome. Currently, he uses ultrasound in his pain medicine clinic for performing a variety of sympathetic and peripheral nerve blocks as well as peripheral nerve stimulation.
