Jacinta O'Shea, DPhil, is a cognitive neuroscientist with research interests in attention, action and emotion. She is Principal Investigator at the Wellcome Centre for Integrative Neuroimaging at the University of Oxford. Her group specializes in combining brain stimulation with neuroimaging and cognitive manipulations to drive brain and behaviour change. The ultimate aim is to translate experimental interventions into rational therapeutics for psychiatric and neurological disorders. Jacinta was recently awarded a Sir Henry Dale Fellowship from the Wellcome Trust and the Royal Society. The focus of this work is to advance personalized precision stimulation to treat depression.
