Scott Lempka, PhD is an Assistant Professor in the Departments of Biomedical Engineering and Anesthesiology at the University of Michigan. Dr. Lempka is also the Director of Neuromodulation of the Chronic Pain and Fatigue Research Center. Dr. Lempka’s research is focused on the theoretical and clinical characterization of neurostimulation technologies, such as spinal cord stimulation and dorsal root ganglion stimulation, for chronic pain management. In 2014, Dr. Lempka was awarded the New Investigator Award at the inaugural Mechanisms of Action: Electrical Stimulation of the Nervous System conference.
