Napa Pain Conference Registration Fee(s) Cancellation Policy
Note: You may substitute another person within the same registration category at no charge before April 30, 2023. Substitutions after April 30, 2023, are subject to a $50 processing fee.
Cancellations
Through 4/30/23: Refund of the registration fee less a $50.00 administrative fee may be given if the registrant cancels via email to Education@Neurovations.com.
5/1/2023 through 7/14/2023 5:00 pm PT: Refund of the registration fee less 50% may be given if registrant cancels via email to Education@Neurovations.com between 5/1/2023 and 7/14/2023 5:00 pm PT.
After 5:01 pm PT 7/14/2023: After this date, registration fees are non-refundable. However, you may substitute another individual to participate in the conference. Substitute individual must be for the same registration type as the original registration, subject to change fees as stated above.
