You may substitute another person within the same registration category at no charge before April 30, 2022. Substitutions after April 30, 2022, are subject to a $50 processing fee.

Through 4/30/22: Refund of the registration fee less a $50.00 administrative fee may be given if the registrant cancels via email to

5/1/2022 through 7/13/2022 5:00 pm PT: Refund of the registration fee less 50% may be given if registrant cancels via email to between 5/1/2022 and 5:00 pm PT 7/13/2022.

After 5:01 pm PT 7/13/2022: After this date, registration fees are non-refundable. However, you may substitute another individual to participate in the conference. Substitute individual must be for the same registration type as the original registration, subject to change fees as stated above.

The venue for the 29th Napa Pain Conference is not attached to lodging, but there are many hotels close by.

The Napa Pain Conference is ADA compliant. We take appropriate steps to ensure that no individual with a disability is excluded or otherwise treated differently. Individuals requiring special assistance should contact Neurovations Education staff on site. Requests for special accommodations under the ADA must allow enough time for evaluation and appropriate action by Neurovations Education and the venue.

The Napa Pain Conference requests your cooperation by observing the following guidelines during the sessions. Please respect your colleagues and follow the rules.

  • This is an educational activity – raise your hand to ask questions when you have them, take copious notes, and engage with your colleagues.
  • Respect your fellow learners, the faculty, and the venue.
  • Any videotaping, audiotaping, or photographing presentations by anyone other than Neurovations staff or representatives is strictly prohibited.
  • Mobile phones, pagers, and other devices generating sound must be turned off or silenced while in the session room.
  • Attendees using laptop computers, tablets, or other devices generating light must sit in the back half of the room to avoid disturbing fellow attendees.
  • Admission to the program is limited to persons wearing a name badge. Remember to wear yours at all times.
  • Representatives of commercial companies may attend an educational activity, but they may not engage in sales, promotion, or advertising while in the room where the educational activity takes place. Please notify our staff if you are approached by a sales representative while engaged in the activity.

Photographs and/or videos will be taken by the Napa Pain Conference. By taking part in this event you grant the event organizers full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity, or other purposes to help achieve the group’s aims. This might include (but is not limited to) the right to use them in printed and online publicity and social media applications. This applies to the use of your name/ likeness that may display in any exhibit sections, chat, video display and presentation, or sections not listed here but associated with the conduct of the conference.

Capturing images, video, audio or otherwise preserving the contents or likeness of content displayed on, or in conjunction with, the Conference by anyone not employed by or directly representing the Conference is strictly prohibited.
