Edward Mersereau, LCSW, CSAC was appointed as Deputy Director of Behavioral Health at the State of Hawaiʻi Department of Health by Gov. David Ige in December 2018. Mr. Mersereau previously served as Chief of the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Division from 2015-2019 and was the Executive Director and owner of Action with Aloha LLC from 2007-2015.
Mr. Mersereau is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Hawai‘i State Certified Substance Abuse Counselor with more than 25 years of experience in counseling and clinical social work practice.
